Shipping

Free shipping to the United States and Canada on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–6 days, and most orders ship within 1–2 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another one with your tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

After dispatch, orders usually arrive within 5–15 days in the United States and 7–15 days in Canada. Delivery times are estimates, and delays can occasionally happen due to customs, weather, or the carrier.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Use the link in your shipping email to follow your parcel.

Lost or late orders

If your order has not arrived within 45 days of dispatch (United States) or 60 days (Canada), email us and we will reship your order or issue a refund. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible, as most orders ship within 1–2 days.
