Free shipping
We offer free shipping to the United States and Canada on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–6 days, and most orders ship within 1–2 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number when it ships.
Delivery time
After dispatch, orders usually arrive within:
- United States: 5–15 days
- Canada: 7–15 days
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen due to customs, weather, or the carrier.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel.
Lost or late orders
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of dispatch (United States) or 60 days of dispatch (Canada), please email us at contact@southreefventures.com with your order number, and we will reship your order or issue a refund.
Marked as delivered but not received
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact your local post office or carrier. We may ask you for a written non-delivery confirmation from the carrier before we can help further.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a refused delivery, or a parcel not collected from the post office are not eligible for a refund or a free reshipment.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible, as most orders ship within 1–2 days.
